Ch 4
Leo looks at his nephew and tells him.
“Go on to the dojo your dad wants to talk to you now.
Listen to me Jr. your father is not drunk so I’d advise you to move your butt in there now.”
He gulps and enters
the dojo and sees his father practicing with his nunchuckus.
“Dad I’m here you wanted to talk to me? Are you
listening to me hello?”
Mike turns and glares at his son.
“Take that off your head right now I hate that sign!
Get over here now.”
He looks and throws a star at his father and he catches it.
“Sorry Jr. you aren’t going to hurt me like you
did to your mom. I have been practicing ninjitsu since I was 8 and am now 33 so you better not try that again do u understand
me yes or no?”
He looks and glares at him.
“Why the hell do you care anyway? You are so busy drinking
yourself till you can’t even walk straight. How do you think that makes me feel when I need to talk to my father he’s
always drunk well answer me dad. You can’t can you? It figures like usual. Whatever I’m not listening to you I’m
a foot ninja now.”
Raph enters and glares at his nephew.
“Who are you getting smart with young man? You best
not be talking to your father with that tone! Let’s narrow it down to you shall we? That sign on your brow is the same
sign the one who killed your grandfather wore when she brutally murdered him. When she knew damn well he was old and weak.
The 4 of us have fought those low life ninjas since we were 15 and get this we always won. You know why we won do you Jr.
Well do you?”
“No and I could care less.”
Raph looks at his nephew and glares.
“Oh really well you’re going to learn anyway
if you want to or not. Now get your little butt over here right now and listen.”
“No I won’t I’m leaving.”
Mike looks at his son and cracks him across his mouth.
“No you’re not this is going to end right now.
You are not going to talk back to me or your uncle do I make myself clear now sit in that chair and don’t move! We always
won because unlike them we fight with honor like true ninjas do. You are my son not Kamiah’s and you will not become
part of the organization responsible for your grandfather’s murder I forbid it! Now you sit and listen to me without
back talking me or I swear I’ll crack you dead across your face again!”
He crosses his arms across his chest and sighs as the pain
from his father’s back hand stings his mouth.
Raph exits the dojo and looks at Leo.
“He has it under control bro. That little boy better
watch what he says to his father? Mike already cracked him dead across his face for raising his tone with me.”
Leo looks and sighs with relief.
“I know that Raph it’s about time to. Mike has
to discipline his son because he is really out of hand and now he knows it.”
Don looks.
“Whoa Mike is really strict listen to him yelling at
his son. I guess he is a good father like the 3 of us are with our kids. Let’s go out by the girls and help our kids
with their skills bro shall we?”
Leo and Raph both nod in agreement. Then they head out by
the back and train their kids for 2 hours. Leo Jr. looks up at his father.
“How long do you think it’ll take me to be as
skilled as you dad? You’re some swordsman and I want to be just like you. How old were you when you mastered your skills?”
“I was 17 ½ Jr.”
“Wow you were really young weren’t you? What
about mom how old was she when she mastered her katana?”
Celeste looks.
“I was 13 JR. because I was in Kendo Championships
with your aunt Amerie since we were 11.”
“What is Kendo Championships? I never heard that phrase
till now?”
She looks and sighs.
“Kendo is mastering the katana and no other weapon
I am also a ninja like your dad. He’s the one who taught me ninjitsu when we were best friends when I was 19. Then we
became a couple and now we’re married an entire 14 years.”
He looks and sighs.
“Oh ok I see now.”
Reita looks at her father and asks.
“Dad how old were you when you mastered your skills?”
He looks.
“Around 18 just like your Uncle Leo. We all did because
we had no choice sweetie. We had to fight the foot too many times. Besides The Shredder and he almost killed your uncle after
he had him ambushed.”
Leo glares.
“You had to bring it up didn’t you? Hello my
son is right there I don’t want him to know that his father almost got killed by our arch enemy’s elite guard
he thinks I’m a master ninja. Gee Raph I can’t believe you.”
Don looks.
“#1 when you were ambushed you were just beginning
to master your skills as a ninja. There is nothing to be ashamed of Leo. Stop thinking like that; just be happy you pulled
through because you had a family that loved you and still do.”
Leo Jr. looks.
“Dad I’m not ashamed of you. I also got my butt
kicked by Cousin Mike in the 1st round. I just don’t know why you never told me about it? I am your son.”
Don looks.
“Yea he is right Leo. There’s no reason to keep
it from your son he needs to know what we dealt with when we were his age.”
Mike exits the dojo ticked off and sits on the swing burying
his head in his hands.
Leo looks.
“Mike what’s wrong? Where’s your son?”
He looks up.
“Leo I give up he won’t listen to me. He just
took off toward Kamiah’s it’s too late he’s in the foot.”
Leo looks; and grabs Mike, Don, and Raph.
“Ok then it’s up to me. Come on you 3 time to
show Mike Jr. what we are really made of. I have a feeling your son is going to be in big trouble if we don’t move now.”
Mike looks.
“Bro should we let the boys come? I mean our luck we’ll
be outnumbered and face it we haven’t fought in awhile.”
Leo looks at Don.
“Yea tell the boys to come with us. Lisa and Reita
can’t it’ll be too dangerous.”
Raph looks.
“Umm Leo our kids have fought them before but not Don
Jr. The girls should also come we’ll need all the help we can get. We haven’t fought them since we were like 22.”
Leo sighs.
“Ok Raph you win tell them to hurry. Our nephew is
in for some major danger. I honestly don’t think he can handle fighting them right now. He was taught by Kamiah remember?”
Mike gulps.
“Oh man let’s go then. My son is in way over
his head and he has no idea.”
They all get in the battle shell and look for Mike Jr.
Lisa asks her dad.
“Where can Cousin Mike have gone to dad? I don’t
see him anywhere and he’s not answering his cell either.”
